true. really, when you belong to a land and a place there can be no statute of limitations on that.
i don't think anybody has the right to question israel's land claim, but we certainly do have the right to ask why there seems to be the double standard - native title should be universal for all groups, from scottish crofters still labouring today under feudal lords, to the sami denied fishing rights in sweden, to the yorta yorta of australia who have been denied native title because they got kicked off the land for a few years and therefore cannot show unbroken ties to the place!
