Australian Indigenous thriller writer, Phillip McLaren, shares his views on Aboriginal terrorism.


"I don’t feel comfortable writing about Aboriginal violence, I think that I’m talking about social violence like terrorism. I’m really surprised that there aren’t Aboriginal terrorists; I’m really surprised that there aren’t Aboriginal young men who fight a guerilla warfare of some description, and when we see how successful it appears to be in other places and how it gets the attention very quickly of politicians. And Aboriginal people have never really done that; they’ve chosen other ways to try to patiently apply their case."
